For leaders, teams & the communities that gather them

I don't work with organizations. I equip the people inside them.

People are carrying more than some companies will name out loud— delivering difficult messages, holding the line without budget or cover, performing okay while running on empty. I work with the leaders and teams doing that hard work — and the communities that gather them — to say the hard part out loud and offer real support.

the moment we’re in

Business is being reshaped faster than the people inside it can absorb — post-pandemic disruption, sociopolitical upheaval, economic uncertainty, and an AI rollout moving faster than anyone's strategy for it.

Across many organizations, the same thing holds: people are asked to absorb what the system won't address. A resilience message after another hard week. More change when no one has recovered from the last org transition. Commitments quietly scaled back, with someone still expected to hold the line.

It's often the strongest, most values-driven people carrying it — and the most alone in it.

That's who I'm here for.

Ways to Work Together

Workshops & talks

For events and membership communities

For communities whose people are navigating all of this. Sessions that name what's really happening and send people home with something real to work with — practices for staying grounded, clear, and able to choose. Each one is designed to the room.

Embedded support

For a leader or team without the cover

For committed leaders and teams without full institutional backing. At its core it's the inner work: staying clear, grounded, and able to lead with integrity. And because it draws on two decades of doing this work at scale, it can get specific:

  • Keeping DEI, sustainability, and philanthropy alive in your day-to-day operations after the company has scaled back its commitments

  • Responding to disasters and sociopolitical events when your organization would rather stay silent

  • Navigating change without losing yourself or your people in it

  • Making sense of what your culture and engagement data are really telling you

  • Seeing clearly where your social-impact risks actually sit

Built around your context; it starts with an honest conversation about what you actually need.

Who You’ll Be Working With

This work draws on more than two decades inside the systems this page describes — leading social impact, culture, and DEI at Fortune 500 scale, advising the executives making high-stakes calls under real pressure, and more than once building these functions from the ground up where none had existed before. I'm not theorizing about these rooms. I've sat in them.

  • Fortune 500 social-impact strategy and advisory across complex, global organizations — up to 140,000 employees

  • Executive leadership across culture, DEI, community engagement, and sustainability at scale

  • C-suite advisor and trusted thought partner to senior leaders navigating high-stakes decisions — including presenting to boards and human capital committees

  • Certified coach — trained in person-centered theory, reflective inquiry, and evidence-based tools from positive psychology

  • Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)

  • Former journalist

Companies I've Worked With: ABC, Kohl's, Victoria's Secret, and Advantage Solutions — including iconic brands like Disney.

If your people are the ones holding it together, let's talk.

No pitch — just an honest conversation.
