Group cohorts are 12-week virtual, facilitated experiences designed to help you apply recovery practices in community. Together, participants build self-awareness, release old patterns, and strengthen their capacity to act with integrity and intention in their lives, work, and civic engagement. These small, confidential groups provide structure, accountability, and connection—because personal growth and collective change are more sustainable when they happen in community.
