get your life back from work
A 90-day coaching experience to help you recover from survival mode, understand the patterns and systems shaping your life, and build a life that actually belongs to you.
You don't need another productivity system.
You don't need to become more resilient so you can tolerate more.
And you don't need someone to tell you whether you should stay, leave, push harder, or burn it all down.
You need enough space to hear yourself again.
The Recovering Human helps you understand what your exhaustion, resentment, anxiety, disconnection, and desire for something different are trying to tell you — then build the capacity to respond intentionally instead of automatically.
Because the goal isn't getting you back to peak performance.
It's getting you back to yourself.
This Isn't More Burnout CoachinG
Most approaches to burnout focus on helping you feel better inside the life you already have.
Manage your stress.
Set better boundaries.
Build a morning routine.
Become more resilient.
Those things can help. But they don't necessarily address why you ended up here in the first place.
The Recovering Human works at two levels.
1) What's happening within you?
The patterns you've learned around productivity, achievement, perfectionism, control, conflict, worth, rest, and responsibility.
2) What's happening around you?
The workplace, economic, cultural, social, and political systems influencing what you're rewarded for, afraid of, expected to tolerate, and taught to want.
Understanding both gives you something more useful than another coping mechanism: Choice.
The Recovering Human
Over 90 days, we'll move through a structured process for getting out of survival mode and back into conscious choice.
The Journey
01 — SEE IT CLEARLY
We start by slowing down enough to see what's actually happening.
You'll identify what you're carrying, the conditions creating discomfort, the systems you're operating within, and the patterns you've developed to survive them.
Instead of immediately trying to fix how you feel, we'll learn from it.
Discomfort becomes information.
02 — RELEASE & GROUND
Once you can see the patterns, you can start practicing something different.
You'll learn how to stay present with discomfort without automatically overworking, controlling, avoiding, numbing, pleasing, or performing your way out of it.
You'll build a recovery toolkit that helps you stay grounded when fear and uncertainty show up — because they will.
You don't need to eliminate discomfort to stop letting it run your life.
03 — LEARN & REBUILD
Then we turn toward what comes next.
You'll examine what you've been conditioned to believe about work, success, worth, power, responsibility, and the life you're supposed to want.
You'll build foundational systems literacy so you can understand the environments you're operating within — including power, incentives, stakeholders, and where you actually have leverage.
Then you'll decide what you want to keep, what you want to release, and how you want to participate going forward.
The goal isn't for me to give you the answer. It's for you to become better equipped to choose your own.
What You’ll recover
TIME
Your evenings and weekends stop belonging to work. You become more intentional about where your finite time goes — and who gets it.
ENERGY
The mental loop of rumination, overpreparing, performing, and coping quiets. You have more of yourself available for the rest of your life.
CONNECTION
You show up as a person again, not a role. There is more room for relationships, community, creativity, rest, and the parts of you that don't produce anything.
MEANING
Your sense of worth stops rising and falling with your last performance review. You begin defining a meaningful life on your own terms.
CLARITY
You learn to distinguish what you actually believe and value from what you've been conditioned, rewarded, or pressured to pursue.
AGENCY
You stop feeling like your only choices are comply, cope, or quit. You become better equipped to choose how you work, lead, participate — and where you want to push for something different.
