a free community for women on zoomafter the exit
For women who were laid off, pushed out, or left a job because of their health. A place to recover from the experience, together.
What We’re Here For
01Let go of the shame
This isn’t something you did wrong.
02Understand the system
What capitalism and corporate America are doing to us, and why it was never personal.
03Support each other
On what we each do next, so nobody figures this out alone.
How it works
Anonymous. Real name or alias, camera on or off, your call. The expectation is that no one shares who is part of this.
Confidential. What is said in meetings stays there. No recordings or AI transcription allowed.
No corporate interests or sponsors. Nobody is paying to shape what gets said.
No recruiting or selling. Members are not prospects, resources, or consumers in this space.
Live on Zoom. Day and time will be set based on interest. Agenda for each meeting is as follows:
Teaching on a topic, plus practical tools you can use between meetings.
Then sharing, first come, first served.
An optional 30 minutes after for open conversation.
An optional phone list for support between meetings.
Free to join.
Hi, I’m Rebecca Grey.
I spent two decades inside some of the largest companies in America, leading culture, DEI and social impact at an executive level. Then I was demoted as part of a restructure. I could see the layoffs coming, so I left to become a coach and advisor.
I know the shame that comes with an exit like that. The replaying. The uncertainty about money, about who you are without the title, about what to tell people. The quiet voice asking what you did wrong.
Over the last year, I've deconstructed a lot of what I believed about corporate America, capitalism, and what my work said about my worth. It changed how I understand what happened to me. Now I want to share what I've learned with more women, so you don't have to figure it out alone.
You don’t have to do this alone.
