Workplace Systems Change
For leaders who want to improve their workplace from within, or build a better one, prioritizing people over profit.
who this is forYou know your workplace isn't working.
Not for you, and not for the people around you. And you want to do something about it.
Maybe you're staying to change it from where you sit, and you know you can't do it running on fumes.
Maybe you're building something new, a company or a team, and you don't want to carry the same patterns with you.

PATH B Build something new
Define the company or team you're building, and why
Design it so it doesn't repeat your old workplace's patterns
Make your first moves, with support
You keep: a vision and build plan

Hi, I'm Rebecca Grey.
I've walked both of these paths. For two decades, I worked to change large companies from the inside, as an executive leading culture, DEI, sustainability, community and sociopolitical response. I built first-of-their-kind strategies at Kohl's, Victoria's Secret and Advantage Solutions, and I learned exactly what one seat can move, and where it hits a wall.
Then I left to build something new, and saw how easily the old patterns follow you out the door. Unlearning them is part of my own work now.
So I don't coach this from theory. I know what it costs to push for change from the inside, and what it takes to build differently on the outside.
Let's talk about your path.
