Crisis Advisory for LeadersWhen the world breaks, your people look to you. Who do you look to?
Private advisory for leaders navigating sociopolitical crisis: what to say, what to do, and how to support the people and partners counting on you.
Something Just Happened
Violence. A ruling that strips rights away. An election that leaves people afraid. Cuts in social aid your someone on your team relies on.
Your people are people are hurting. Your partners are watching. Your company may be telling you to say nothing, or something that rings hollow. And you’re carrying your own reaction at the same time.
For the leader who cares about their team’s humanity.
What we work on
Whether and how to speak. What to say to your team, what to say publicly, and when silence does more harm than good.
Supporting the people most affected. What they actually need from you, beyond a statement, and how to offer it without putting them on display.
Your partners and community. Who is counting on you, what you owe them, and how to show up.
Working within your constraints. What you can do when your company won't act, and where your real room to move is.
Your own footing. You can't lead people through a crisis from survival mode. We make space for your reaction too.

Why me
I'm Rebecca Grey. For two decades I worked in corporate America. I led social impact, DEI, and community engagement inside Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, and I was the person leaders called when a sociopolitical crisis hit. I've advised the C-suite on high-stakes decisions, presented to boards, and helped organizations of up to 140,000 people figure out how to show up for their employees and communities when it mattered.
I'm also a certified coach, so we'll work on what's happening around you and what's happening in you.
How I work
I'm not a crisis PR firm. I won't help you manage a story or protect a brand at the expense of the people affected. The goal is to respond in a way you can stand behind, with the people most harmed at the center.
My work is anti-racist, feminist, and class conscious. If you're looking for help staying neutral no matter what, I'm not the right fit, and I'll tell you so.
You don't have to figure this out alone
Not sure which you need? Send me a note.
